Our first-ever Hertfordshire harvest comes from a small collection of hives, producing an exceptionally limited batch of raw honey. Harvested once a year, every jar reflects the unique wildflowers, blossoms and landscape surrounding our apiary.

To create our signature Hot Honey, we gently infuse this raw honey with carefully selected chillies, balancing natural sweetness with a slow, warming heat. The result is bold, complex and made for great pizza.
